Strawberry mousse recipe in less than 30 minutes

How to make strawberry mousse step by step

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr of strawberries
  • 250 g of whipped cream *
  • 4 eggs
  • Sugar to taste

* The whipped cream can also be obtained with the name of milk cream or whipped cream, but in no case do you confuse it with whipped cream 😉

Preparing the mousse easy strawberry

Strawberries red, juicy, fresh and leafless ... to the grinder! Make a puree with the fruit without adding water, preserving the consistency that your own pulp and liquid will give you. Then clean it of seeds, passing it through a strainer or sieve.

First step: spray mashed strawberries.

Second step: mix the strawberry puree with cream.

Third step: beat snowy eggs with sugar.

Gently add the milled cream to the snow, stirring them as if they were Dancing a delicate piece of waltz. When they are already one, pour everything into glasses or glass cups, which you can decorate with pieces of strawberry on or inside the composition. Take the fridge for three hours and voila! Your strawberry mousse will be ready!
